This 625 sq. ft. one-bedroom villa addition to the Presidential features its own patio off the villa pool, a fireplace, and a grand piano.
While it’s an ideal private retreat for the Nanny, older kids, or a personal assistant, it could easily be the perfect peaceful space for refining the final edits to your next Grammy-winning song.
